Why Us?

What is this world coming too? I dont want to fight. First its all this crap about 2012, now its a big surprise that the US and the world is going to be amazed. Just one question. When did I decide that I wanted to be apart of this, or my children even? I dont hate muslims, I dont want to bomb anyone and kill innocent people. I want to watch my kids get old and be able to say that all this is a thing of the past, you know like " When I was your age atleast one person from each country on each continent wanted to kill someone from somewhere else" but now its not like that. Your some lucky kids. But no. Now I have to hope that my kids survive this time to make it to their next birthday. What kind of life is it for someone to live in fear all the time? What have my kids done to anyone to make them think they are willing participants in this war on terror we have going on for what is it 6 or 7 years now? Oh Mr.President, I dont want the change to come at a cost of mine or my childs life muchless anyone elses life. I voted for you because I thought this would be the start of a new, no more fighting, we are gonna focus on the US not everywhere but here, we have celebrities for that. We have our own economic problems, lets handle ours first then you can be saviour to everyone else. Lets not become one bank, sowhat that our money is shit to everyone else, it means survival to us. Save our country, our way of life, protect our families, feed our starving shelter our homeless, bring our sons, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers and grandparents home to us, not in a body bag, but in life filled condition. We have lost whole families and friends and neighbors lets hope for it not to be in vain. Support OUR troops, make it safe for them while abroad, make it a welcome to get them home.
